1. Service Description
SGPACGPA is a free, web-based educational calculation utility designed to assist students with arithmetic computations of semester grade point averages (SGPA), cumulative grade point averages (CGPA), target CGPA planning, and selected school-board percentage calculations.
2. Permitted Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the calculation tools for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the website's infrastructure.
3. Informational Nature & No Warranty
The calculations, formulas, and estimates produced by SGPACGPA are provided strictly for informational and planning purposes on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to ensure our mathematical algorithms and published rule citations accurately reflect public university circulars, we do not warrant that calculations are error-free or suitable for any specific legal, admission, or employment requirement.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SGPACGPA, its developers, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the calculations, including but not limited to admission decisions, job application results, or scholarship eligibility.
5. Primacy of Institutional Records
The official Grade Card, Consolidated Marksheet, and statutory academic ordinances issued by your degree-granting institution or examination board are the sole legally authoritative records. SGPACGPA does not issue official transcripts or override university rules.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue tools, update formulas to match revised university regulations, and revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.
